Great workout...135 my final round. I think that if I started with higher weight (65lbs instead 45lbs) I would have been able to get a higher max weight...I was pretty with my score though
125 on the final round. Tried 135 on 4th round and failed after 6.
Rounds looked like this.
65 lb
95 lb
115 lb
135 lb (failed at 6)
125 lb
best was 115, tried 135 on last round and failed after 5 reps
45 lb.
65 lb.
85 lb
115 lb.
135 lb. (failed on 6th)
This thing was un"bear"able
The transitions killed me, especially going to the back squat.
65
75
85
95
115 (failed after 2)
Then I worked through the rest at 115: 1-2-1-1
As RX'd 95, 115, 135, 145, 155.
Failed after 4 at 115.
Rounds:
65, 85, 95, 115 (4-2-1), 95
45,65,75,85, 95 failed after 5)
