As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

15 x Deadlift (BW)
9 x Pull ups
21 x Dumb bell push press (35 lb)

Myself and two other Cadets are trying to get sponsored to help pay for the $800 fee for a level 1 certification. There is a certification course in New Jersey in November that we are looking to do. If anyone has any ideas or information we would really apreciate it.

I'm headed to the CF Running & Endurance Cert this weekend in CT. I'll be back Monday ready to share the knowledge.
