7 rds, 15 DLs, 7 BSs. Also, had to sub front squats for overhead squats. Getting closer to doing them, but still proving my lack of flexibility.

Thought that this would be easy...was shooting for 12 rounds...man, I overestimated my abilities...7 rounds and 9 DLs...that was a good workout.

My kind of workout. Went to MWR during lunch. Used 99 lbs. 12 rds and 10 DL. Back was singing at round 9.

9 rounds, I scaled my o-h squats to 45lbs to maintain form

...this wasn't so much a test of leg strength, but more of a test of how much pain my lower back can endure...

also does anyone have any advice on overhead squats? I can't get break parallel on them without bending my elbows...

7 rounds + 4 DL. Don't laugh, I'm new to this.

demet-hook,

advise on OH Squats follow: You need to get your hands pretty far apart on the barbell, roll your shoulders forward (chest out), so that the bar moves backward. This puts the barbell (and its weight) over your heels. Where guys struggle is when the weight comes forward and you focus the weight on the balls of your feet. Hope this helps...Any of the certified MAJs (Blackmon, Maxwell, Bault, or Fink) can help you out...hit them up on the global.
