115 lb Push press x 21-18-15-12-9-6-3
Burpee box jump x 3-6-9-12-15-18-21
Alternate between exercises. For example first round is 21 x PP/3 x BBJ, second round 18 x PP/6 x BBJ etc...

21:58. Probably rested too much on the burpees. No excuse, I just was mentally weak today.
When I have word on shirts, I'll post.

Yeah, my time sucked, but power and strength are my weaknesses, so need to work on those. Better to go with higher weight and take longer than go for a lower time with lower weight.

19:40. Burpees are deceptively evil.
On another note, where/when should we pick up the t-shirts?
CGR yesterday so I'm running a day behind....plan to catch up this weekend.
