For everyone new, remember how important scalability and adaptability is in CF when starting. Concentrate on the mechanics of doing ONE rep correctly. Then get to where you can do multiples. Once you are there, then you are at the point to "go for time." Don't let perfect get in the way of good, but sound mechanics will allow you to avoid injury and hit the muscles that are targeted by a certain exercise.
So what does that mean? It is okay to go with bar dips instead of ring dips, or okay to use the gravitron machine, or okay to use 65# instead of 95#. It is BETTER. "Leave your ego at the door" as they say.
Don't start out trying to go with 5 full workouts in a week. Have a skills and drills day where you work on ring dips, clean and jerk form, handstand push-ups, double unders, or whatever you are weak at.

29:33...MAJ Wylie smoked me. He's too humble to post times but he was in the 25 min range.
Looking forward to this one this afternoon.

Have a good one
Where do you hang the rings at the track? Thanks.
Going to have to knock this one out tomorrow morning. Couldn't make it this morning.
Chris--Hang them on the goal posts.
