Sub SWIMMING for running

If anyone is interested, I am going to sub swimming for running on this WOD, just to mix it up. (constantly varied....) The sub off the CFE site for 400m run is 100m swim. If you are interested, shoot me a line and we can meet in the '62 room at 1215 for a modified warm-up. I'd bring goggles. I am just going to swim in my PFT shorts and change in the day-use lockers adjacent to the pool. I plan on swimming a bit to warm-up then doing:

4RFT
Swim 100
50 squats

Sorry to those wearing Gray Mock-E Trou, 1200-1330 is for faculty and staff only.

12:05. You have to love a workout where the 400m run is a relief. Bring on the runs!

Is anyone familiar with someone at West Point who is pretty good with KB's and wouldn't mind giving a couple of lessons? There's a few of us that know the basics (swings, snatches, presses) but the finer points of our technique may be lacking. There's plenty of them in MacLong weight room to use (2x25lb, 2x44, 2x53, 1x70) if anyone wants to work out with them. Thanks.
