Tabata Bottom to Bottom
8 sets of 20 sec of work and 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes work. Rest is in the bottom of the squat position. Score is lowest number of reps completed in any given round.

What exercise do we tabata?

I looked at exercise on Crossfit homepage. The demo had him doing it with a medicine ball or excercise ball underneath. Is this correct?
Can be done with or without ball.
Ball ensures you achieve the correct depth on the squat.
I liked the collective groan after the second set. 13 was my number. Wylie got 14. Pretty solid.
