There are 2 C2 rowers at MWR at the front. There are 3 at Arvin. I was kinda thinking through it, and you could, if its crowded, pair up. It takes a few seconds for the treadmill to get to speed. If you are going to run 400m at your "race" pace, it comes out to .33 miles.
You could have the first guy start with the row, with the other on the TM. When the guy hits .33 on the treadmill, the team switches. The rower tries to get as far as he can in the ~2 min the other guy is running.
If the rower doesn't get to 500m, its a fault. Every fault equals some pull-ups or some squats or something.
Has anyone had any experience running marathons while doing CF? I know that there is CF Endurance, but I wanted to see I anyone has had success with training at CF while doing endurance workouts. Thanks for the help.
22:08, but I had no idea how far I rowed for each one because the batteries in 2 of the 3 rowers are DEAD. I just rowed for 1:50 as hard as I could. Hit the TM for each run.
A C2 is easy to move. To bad we couldn't stick up on the track in Hayes or at Gillis.

Tough workout with limited resources. Had to take off near the end and missed out one final 500m row.
22:00. wish we had a couple rowers at the track.

Have one at the house and the batteries work too.
