That was grueling to say the least.

27:30, BW is 165- scaled to 145, that was brutal, but i love it

33:25 as Rx'd (BW 175). This was harder than I thought it would be. Need to work bench into future workouts for sure otherwise Linda is going to take 2 days. Good work this week, already excited about Monday.

30:20. Great workout (still feeling the suck), and definitely seeing an increase in work capacity since I started. Glad we added bench press to the lunges.
