1:18 on my first lap...1:15 or better on the last 5. Should have pushed myself harder on the first lap. If you are doing this workout this afternoon, don't try and pace yourself, it will only bite you in the ass.

1:20 that was on my 2nd try and then i got better so also agree with the self pacing comments
