Had to call on "old man strength" in order to edge out Steele.

Thrusters killed me, PUs saved me.

demet-hook: Make sure you are doing the full CF warm-up. I would only do kipping PUs one round, do strict on another, then hold a 25# DB in between my legs on the other. Or you can throw a round in with bar to chest.
