Is the best way to approach this exercise the same way MAJ Maxwell wrote out last Tuesday's WOD. It seems so but the reps are a lot less.

Took Monday and Tuesday off since I had an APFT today, it payed off...I maxed it and Crossfit definately helped me improve my score...I'll be there tomorrow morning

Took a day off thanks to OC duty... I'm down for a t-shirt. Large. I also have a lot of cadet interest in t-shirts, and will have numbers soon.
