Weak on my squats...two minute rest instead of rest as long as you need makes a difference.

If you are going to need to scale this, I would keep the bench press and the squat the same weight, just to be consistent in the work capacity across both exercises. Next time you can increase that 5-10 pounds, working closer and closer to your BW.
