Meet in front of Arvin.

Run 5k

Route:

Run out to Lee gate through MWR/Subway parking lot. On the way back cut up past the Five Star toward Delafield Pond go past the Jewish Chapel and finish back at the parking lot.

I ran 7.5 on Saturday, so I subbed rowing for running today.

19:25. Ahhh...finally a run day. Also, I've heard several different things regarding the Crossfit warmup. Here's a link with a pretty good summary (I think):
